Meg Heriot Photography

meg bromley has had a camera in her hand ever since she was 8 and got her first camera from a corn flakes box. meg's interest in photography grew from, just taking photos at recess, through elementary school, and past her high school years where she found her love for the art. with interest in sport and fashion photography, her love for photography led her to the prestigious new england school of photography. meg graduated from NESOP in 2003 where she majored in color printing, and minored and graduated with honors in fashion photography.

while earning her degree, meg worked in a local photo lab photosite working as a photo lab technician. meg quickly found work following graduation, assisting cathy mota, a portrait/wedding photographer in albany, n.y.. meg began working on her own in 2004 as a freelance photographer, where she found a passion for all types of photography, such as sports, weddings, portraiture, advertising, bands, and fashion just to name a few. meg has also done some work with the COG workshop's "blessing by the bay". since high school, meg has also volunteered her vacation time each summer, as a photographer for camp fatima where she has captured and shared many precious memories for everyone at camp to enjoy.

during this time, meg's work at photosite expanded to include graphic design, and her interest in all types of portraiture grew even more. in 2005 meg opened meg heriot (maiden name) studio photography, and was supported by many clients who supported meg threw all the ups and down as a first year studio photographer.
